Our foundation has always been in SEO, helping clients rank better and reach the right audiences. Over time, our capabilities grew to include social media marketing, opening new doors for storytelling and engagement.
We’ve worked with a range of clients, including corporate names like Taiwan Excellence, Times Parketing, Oriental Kopi, and APOLLO Food, delivering tailored strategies that align with business goals. Each project has helped shape the agency we’ve become today.
A New Office, A Sharper Vision
Following this double win, we’ve moved into our new office at Menara MBMR. This marks a shift in scale — a clearer path toward larger projects, regional collaborations, and campaigns that leave a deeper mark.
Our principle remains steady: Client Success, We Success
“There were three reasons we moved,” our Managing Director, Bryan explains. “First, team expansion. We needed more space not just to work, but to think creatively. Second, we wanted a strategic location like Mid Valley to set our base for regional scaling. And third, it marks a new identity, officially operating as Newnormz, moving beyond our roots with renewed focus.”
Marketing Director Johnson adds, “We wanted our team to feel the momentum. When we say we’re building something bigger, we mean it and our environment now supports that vision.”
Looking Ahead: The Next Five Years
Our vision is expanding. Over the next few years, Newnormz will:
- Strengthen our position in the Malaysian market and penetrate into the overseas market
- Expand into regional markets, beginning with a new office in Singapore
- Evolve into Newnormz Sdn Bhd, redefining the norms of marketing in Southeast Asia
“Our purpose is becoming sharper,” says Bryan. “We’re realigning everything - team culture, client strategies, internal processes - to simplify marketing through data, tech, and results. We want clients to understand their traffic, conversions, and impact clearly. Marketing should be simple, clear, and result-focused.”
This is our blueprint for building something long-lasting, something that creates real value across borders.
